Curriculum - Adult Program (Ages 18 & over)
A great way to start or end your day! For first time students or for those continuing on their dance journey. Classes are designed to develop flexibility, strength, proper body alignment, and overall physical well-being. Classes will be offered in Ballet, Fitness Training, Pilates, Salsa/Swing and Zumba. Classes duration and costs vary so please check below for your desired class! Space allowing, students can drop in to classes.
Ballet
These classes will concentrate on proper body alignment, beginning barre work, and an introduction to classical ballet. It will help with flexibility, strengthening core muscle groups, balance, and toning, while gaining a greater appreciation for the art form. It is a great way to shape up and discover muscles you never knew you had!
Cost: Monthly rate is based on number of classes offered in a month. Cost per month is $48 for first class for 4 week months and $60 for 5 week months. $40 per month additional class for which you sign up. Drop-in rate is $15 per class or $10 for students and seniors. Class cards will no longer be offered, however current class cards can be used until complete.
Fitness Training
Challenge yourself to get back into the shape YOU want! This class promises to get you back on track to healthy living. All levels of fitness are invited to attend this class. Benefits include: * increase metabolism *decrease body fat * tone and sculpt muscles * improve core strength * improve flexibility * nutrition guidance and monitoring * have FUN!
Pilates for Beginners
Learn the essentials of Pilates from the ground up in a small group session. Strengthen your core and gain awareness of your posture. Learn how to relieve tense shoulders and work to release tight hamstrings, lower backs and hamstrings. Have fun and challenge yourself at the same time. Please bring a towel and water.

Pilates - Advanced Beginner and Intermediate
Let's take it up a notch. Build on your previous Pilates experience and challenge yourself further. This class will build on the basic exercises and incorporate intermediate exercises as we gain strength.. Prior Pilates experience an absolute must. Must be approved by instructor before attending this class. Please bring a mat if you have one or a towel and water.

Zumba
Join Catherine Zito on Tuesday nights beginning January 6th from 8:00 8:50pm for Zumba group class. It's like exercising in a dance club in South Beach! Tone, Burn calories, increase flexibility, release stress, easy dance moves, laugh out loud, challenge yourself!
Cost: $45 for 6 weeks.
Attire
Adult students do not have to wear black and pink! You have artistic freedom in whatever you are comfortable in wearing. Pilates: please bring water and a towel to cover the mat that is provided for you.
